I guarantee my work. If you feel the color or cut are not to your liking, and return to the spa within 7 days for correction, I will make adjustments free of cost without hesitation. It is necessary to follow instructions, such as not shampooing with certain shampoos, or waiting the recommended amount of time before shampooing after a color, perming, or straightening process.
A first-time cut is a creative process where I sculpt your hair to fit and enhance your features. Please allow time and patience for me to work with you to create your look. I will not simply cut your hair, but improve damaged appearance and help you determine what will best fit your daily hair care needs. No high pressure sales, but I will make recommendations.
